after the failures of his minions, a certain mad titan decides to get involved with the Earth's Mightiest Heroes personally. you can assume that it will lead to either an epic outer space fight... or imminent disaster

Thanos had just been aware of Ultron's failure to destroy the Avengers. Doubled even more so with the betrayal of Gamora, siding with a group of misfits calling themselves the Guardians of the Galaxy and the Avengers halting the Chitauri invasion

Ever since it began in 2008, he'd been on his throne, waiting, anticipating, PLOTTING. Plotting how every event would all come down to the MCU's greatest heroes to challenge him

Well sooner or later, they'd be on to him. They'd know that the Stones were meant for something far worse and… it's easy to assume what horrific events would happen if he got them all

Thanos went to his vault and got out a gauntlet which may be useful in the years to come

"If you want something done right" Thanos says as he holds a bauble of the Avengers in his gauntlet

"…you're just gonna have to do it yourself" Thanos finished, crushing it with his hands.
