Hey I'm still alive! Sadly I haven't written much though, I apologize for that. I will try to be more productive and update all those stories I've left hanging for months. But until then please enjoy this very very short story I wrote years ago. This is a story I wrote for a class writing assignment. My teacher gave us SAT words and had us write passages using these words. I took advantage of the assignment to write fanfiction. Sadly, I have only been able to find this one which makes me think that I probably threw the others. Such a shame too, but then maybe not considering how old this is. Who knows how bad my grammar was in the others. Anyway please enjoy and forgive me if you are waiting for me to update a story I will try my best!

I do no own Pokemon or any of it's characters.

Drew was a detective and very good at his job, but today he was nervous. He had been assigned a student detective to indoctrinate about being a detective and the art of asking the right questions. According to the sheet in front of him the student was a young girl named May, who had a knack of making rash decisions. Based on the comments Drew knew she was going to be difficult, but whom else would they give her to then not the best? A young girl entering his office shook Drew from his thoughts. She was about to sit down when he said, "Don't bother you're already late and we have a very important case to do." He stood up and walked to the door motioning her to follow him.

"I assume you've read the details of our assignment correct?" He said glancing over at the girl.

"Yes." She said nodding her head, "It's about a sabotage that occurred tow days ago targeted towards a certain Mr. Oak."

"Yes and have you done ay research on Mr. Oak?" Drew asked. May looked away telling him that she hadn't. Shaking his head Drew filled her in, "He is a son of Oak enterprise and is the company's head, although it is a sinecure in my opinion." The girl nodded and the two continued on their way to the interrogation room.

"The man we will be questioning today is Paul. He works for the company as a janitor and was there then the attack occurred." Drew stopped in front of a door causing May to walk into him. Shaking his head at how oblivious and fatuous she was Drew opened the door revealing a man. The two entered and Drew got straight to the point.

"What were you doing when the sabotage occurred?" He asked sitting across from the man.

"I was moping the hall." Paul replied giving an incriminating glace at Drew, "All I know was one second the hall is empty and the next it's crowed with people making commotion about a bomb of sorts." The look May gave the man showed extreme incredulity and she interrupted, "So you were just mopping the floor, minding your own business right? Didn't see anyone suspicious did you?"

"No." Paul said hesitating then added, "Well there was this one man he wore a suit."

"That's a little vague." May said narrowing her eyes, "Could you be more specific." Drew knew this was going to one of many installments of questions, hoping the truth would come out and May wouldn't be too much for a problem.

I told you it was short. I hope you enjoyed it though and will find it in your heart to forgive me for taking forever to update my other stories. Also do you think you found the SAT words?
