After everything they'd been through recently all Kendall could do was think of his best friends. The song "music sounds better with you" but in his head it had changed to everything's better with you. The thing was that his mind was lingering a bit too long on Logan. Logan had looked so sexy in the tuxedo while in Europe. Wait did he just think that Logan was sexy, but it dawned on him before he could contemplate it anymore, he liked Logan. How could he not have known, he always had, but how was would Logan react if he found out. He had always been an extremely straight guy.
Now Logan came in right at the precise moment Kendall was deciphering his feelings. When he spotted him he stood seemingly paralyzed. Logan walked over and put his hand on his shoulder "you okay man." That shook Kendall out of his daze just to be caught in the milky chocolate waves that happened to be Logan's eyes.
Kendall managed to mumble a "yeah man…," but got quieter saying unconsciously to himself rather than to Logan "…you have gorgeous eyes."
There was only one problem with this was that Logan just happened to have extremely good hearing and caught but barely what Kendall had said.
"Did you just say I have gorgeous eyes," Logan with what seemed be a bit of amusement and a hint of something else, was it longing he was hearing.
"No …ha ha ha, of course not, that would be really, you know, gay" Kendall laughed making his case even worse. The lie was as clear as glass.
Logan smiled and looked to have an almost downed look on his face, but said "that's a shame I would've said you have lovely grass green eyes but…" He was cut off by Kendall lunging forward and grabbing him into a quick passionate kiss. He pulled away and stood there waiting for the worst reaction, even though Logan practically told him he liked him too.
The all Logan could get out was "why did you stop?" He sounded disappointed.
"I…I wasn't sure how you'd react, so I didn't think I should overdo it, but apparently that was a mistake, a mistake that took a lot of effort."
"Well then if you think it was a mistake and I know I think it was a mistake, then you should kiss me," he said with a smirk on his face, knowing he's not that great at being smooth.
Kendall knowing that no more words were need leaned down and gave him a gentle kiss. Now this did not satisfy Logan, so he grabbed Kendall's face and pulled it closer down to him, deepening the kiss. That wasn't good enough they each needed more, but the door to the apartment opened. The jumped apart as quickly as they could but not until James, Carlos, Katie, and Mama Knight had already seen it all. Kendall and Logan stood guilt all over their faces waiting for their reaction…
…but all in unison they said "about time," which completely shocked them.
And Carlos' "I knew it," as if was some government conspiracy.
Kendall and Logan after letting the acceptance sink in smiled with relief, joining the rest of the others in their end of the day routine.
