Prompt: Finn and Kurt fight about something silly. Both of them are screaming and Finn hits Kurt and breaks his nose. Kurt is scared about his father's possible reaction towards Finn. Finn is scared about how much blood is spilling out of Kurt's nose. I want them to start fighting all over again because each one of them is worried about the other. That's when Burt and Carol finds them.
It was a usual fight in an unusual home.
"Finn, we are not watching this!" Kurt yelled.
"Why not?" Finn asked.
"It's degrading to women! Plus it's stupid." Kurt said as he took the remote from Finn.
"So are some of your shows but I never said anything!" Finn shouted as he lunged for the remote.
"My show's aren't stupid!" Kurt said and he shoved Finn off and stood to get the remote away from Finn.
Finn pushed back.
He forgot this wasn't Puck, this wasn't Mike or Matt or Sam or even Karofsky.
He pushed too hard.
Kurt looked stunned when he was shoved.
By Finn.
He fell hard onto the floor.
"Oh crap! Dude I'm sorry!" Finn said as he helped him up.
"It's fine." Kurt tried to say, but he couldn't.
Because suddenly there was blood.
In his nose, on his hand.
Finn froze before running for tissues.
"Dude, are you okay?" he asked before sitting Kurt down and trying to wipe the blood away.
"Ya I'm fine but oh my god Dad is going to freak!" Kurt said.
"It'll be fine." Finn said.
"No it won't! Oh my god what if he kicks you out again!" Kurt yelled panicking.
"I don't care, oh my god the blood won't stop." Finn said trying to tend to Kurt who just pushed his hands away.
The bickering started again and finally Finn calmed Kurt down enough to clean his nose convincing him that if he cleaned the blood it wouldn't look as bad.
And honestly it really didn't.
When it was done they settled on the couch to watch a Disney movie agreeing on Lion King.
When they settled on the couch Kurt asked a question that had been bothering him.
"Why did you push me so hard?" Kurt asked worriedly.
He thought Finn had some resent at him since the uh, name calling incident.
So Finns answer genuinely surprised him, a good surprise though.
"I forgot you weren't bulky like Puck, and over used my strength, sorry." Finn said eyes glued to the screen.
Kurt smiled, because he was just treated like one of the boys.
Even if he did end up with a broken nose.
"It's okay." he said resting his head on Finn's shoulder.
