I am so not happy. I just finished watching the anime, and I am SO pissed about it. Anyways, this is my first Ouran High School Host Club fanfiction, so PLEASE don't be mad. Cause, it might suck.

Just a forewarning.

Tamaki sighed, running a hand through his hair. He was walking towards Music Room 3. He wasn't exactly sure why he was here on a Saturday, but he felt like he wanted to be. The ground rumbled, and he jumped. Tamaki sighed. Right, it was raining. He completely forgot there was a thunderstorm raging outside. The halls, dark because no lights were on, lit up when lightning split the sky. The Host Club King wondered how Haruhi was handling it. Then again, she had her father, at home. She should be fine.

He opened the door, and stepped into the dark music room. He went and sat on a couch, suddenly tired. Thunder's roar split the air, and Tamaki heard a faint shriek. He bolted up onto his feet, and walked towards the sound. He was at the dressing rooms within moments.

"Haruhi?" He called softly. Silence followed. He tried again. "Haruhi?"

Another cap of thunder, and a shriek came again, louder. Tamaki opened the curtains, and saw Haruhi curled in a corner. She had her hands clapped over her ears, and she was crying.

"Haruhi..." Tamaki crouched down next to the frightened girl. He sat cross legged across from her, and tried to get her to look at him.

The dressing room was so dark. Much darker then out in the open. Haruhi was crying, and Tamaki hated it. He hated seeing her sad. He hated seeing her so small, and vulnerable. Wrapping his arms around her, he pulled the poor girl into his lap. With a gentle hand, he rubbed her back in soothing circles while she huddled against him. Every time thunder boomed, she would dig her face farther into his chest.

"Oh, Haruhi." he whispered. Haruhi kept her eyes squeezed shut. They sat there for some time, listening to the rain hitting the roof, while Tamaki tried to calm the girl in his arms. Once the thunder gradually stopped, he stood up, cradling Haruhi in his arms. He carried her out into the main room, and sat down on a couch. Tamaki gently put the girl in his arms on the couch, and started to stand. Haruhi grabbed the back of his shirt, and he stopped.

He say down next to her, gently pushing hair out of her face. Haruhi had tears glistening in her eyes, refusing to fall. Tamaki loved her big brown eyes, they always gave him the impression of melted chocolate. But the tears ruined the image. With great care, he pressed his lips to her temple. Just for a few moments.

"It's okay, Haruhi. The thunder has stopped." Tamaki let his blue eyes meet Haruhi's brown ones. "I think we have some blankets. I'll go get you one." He walked away. Finding the closet, he opened it. He pulled out a blanket, and then turned to go back to Haruhi.

He gently pulled the blanket over her. Pink tinged her cheeks. Tamaki returned to sitting next to her. They spent those moments in a peaceful silence. Haruhi was the one who broke it.

"Sempai?"

"... Yes, Haurhi?"

"Why are you here?"

Tamaki chuckled. "Well, I could ask you the very same thing." as he finished his sentience, lightning went off, thunder soon following. Haruhi cried out, and wrapped her arms around Tamaki's middle. She dug her face into his chest. He say down, returning to cradling the small girl, and placing the blanket over both of them.

"Don't worry, Haruhi." He murmured. "Daddy's here..." He leaned down and gently kissed her cheek.

"... Thank you, Sempai."

Yeah. I know.

It's really short.
