At the first day, I thought that I was only feeling nauseous because I've been admitted in the hospital. I was leaning back at the bed when a knock was being heard on the door. "Come in," I muttered quietly. It's the nurse that went inside.
"Heartfilia-san, here's your meal..." The nurse said then laid the food on the small table in front of me. The food looks appetizing but for some hell reason, I feel nothing. I just stared at the food as the nurse excused herself then went outside. "Thanks for the food..." I muttered with my hands clasped and head bowed. I now raised the chopstick and hesitantly brought a piece of fish towards my mouth.
Ugh, there's this feeling again.
I paused for a while before sighing and brought the food in my mouth. My eyes widened.
What is this...taste?
My taste buds told me it tasted like bland sponge. Then I tried the rice next. At first, I thought that it tastes like normal but then, a hellish taste invaded my mouth as I barf at the barfing bag beside me. What is this food...?
Today is the second day and I still haven't eaten anything. The food that the nurses brought me all tastes the same. Bland sponge and spoiled meat. It tastes like hell.
"You still didn't touched your food, Heartfilia-san..." The nurse said while holding another tray of food. No, I don't want that. Make it go away. Those are all trashes!
"...I'm not hungry..." I said with my body turned away and faced the window. The nurse sighed and went beside the window. "Want some air?" She said, holding the edge of the window. I just nodded to her and I immediately felt the fresh air wafting from outside. The humid is just exactly what I want to be.
"Heartfilia-san, I'm going now. But please eat your food." The nurse said and closed the door. I just ignored what she said and let my consciousness fade for now...
It's been a hellish week since I've been inside this hospital.
Every third day, someone from the guild will visit me. But since the fourth day, Team Natsu will go here.
Natsu as always greet me with his signature smile while stating what's been happening outside. Erza is always telling me if I'm alright and for the nth time now, I just told her that I'm alright. Gray's been giving me foods that I formerly like. And just like Natsu, Happy will also share me some stories. Wendy on the other hand, always gave me lucky charms so that I'll be okay.
After they went outside, I now laid flatly on the half-soft bed. It's quite uncomfortable for me but I still manage to have a fine sleep. Then I looked outside. I want to get out of here...
On the 12th day, the doctor told me that they've been giving me some tests. They told me that I'm still not okay so I'm still here.
While feeling the air, I felt a strange nauseous feeling. It's been creeping my mind since the last two days. Maybe it's hunger. Glancing outside, a pleasant smell now invaded my senses. What is this delectable smell? My instincts told me to not move but my body protested and started to remove the connected apparatus on my body.
While holding the window pane, I now closed my eyes and focused on the sweet smell and looked down. Maybe I can survive this jump...
Looking around, I now followed the smell and now found a small alley. I went inside but what showed in front of me was too much horrible to see. A dead body.
While trying to calm myself, I looked around and tried to find something like a food or something. But nothing greeted my vision. I now struggled to go back to the hospital. But, the vision in front of me seriously looks like a dessert waiting for me to eat it.
But then, a pain stricken in my mind.

A voice. That's what I heard. I looked around and found no one.

At first, Lucy felt her body moving itself. I slowly felt the hunger and now reached towards the corpse. I first held the most juiciest part, the leg and started to fill my satisfaction.

When I opened my eyes, I now felt something soft below me. I'm on a bed? Then I looked around and find myself inside my room in the hospital. Who brought me here? Then I suddenly remembered what happened...
