Around The World On A Giant Pringle

4th February

My name is Dave Brown and I love the world. That's why I have decided to travel around it. Its day one of my journey. I am going to discover what is around the world, and I am going to get there by riding my massive Pringle, Sour cream and chive flavour of course. I have packed a sensible suitcase of mini eggs, as it is near to Easter. Lots of people wanted to come with me but I only let three come. A doctor, Larry ,as I heard that it is very dangerous around the earth and I might get ill. A Scienctest, Karen, to record all the science things, and my friend Matilda. We got two miles down the road and our Pringle snapped. We had to walk to the nearest petrol station to buy a new one. After this big walk we were all very tired so I decided to call the mission off and start again in the morning.

Day two of our adventure begins here. We have a new Pringle.

We have set off again. But now what. We have hit traffic. I am a bit disappointed, Larry brought along his radio and Sally Traffic didn't warn us about this. Well we are on the M25 this is going to be a long day.

We are in Paris the Pringle is staring to wear away so we have supported it with some of France's finest bread. There is a lot of noise here and huge mice roaming round town. I think we may have stumbled into Disneyland. Matilda's getting woosey. She has already fallen off once.

8th February

We have flown to Venice. There are lots of big rivers and boats. The boats are so romantic. We are getting hungry but there is nowhere dry to park our Pringle. We had to go into the dock. We are all very wet now and not happy.

We have come to Amsterdam, it is a great place to be. Everyone is on bikes. Roads are constantly going over these little bridges to get over tiny waterways and rivers. I have fallen in love with this small corner shop that sells cheese and clogs. I bought 2 pounds of cheese and a pair of clogs. We have used the cheese for wheels. We seem to be the only car on the road. Time to get out of here.

Geneva is our last but not least stop. The streets are busy with very smartly dressed people. I bought a watch because I lost mine in Venice. I got a blue one , but I looked at it and screamed! We were very late. We had to get home. We took off the cheese wheels to fly again and ate them to make our Pringle lighter. We got back just in time for dinner. Chicken and chips.
