Author's Note: Hey guys! Long time, no type. I know, you were probably expecting another extremely late installment for "Playing With Fire" but I have a new obssession thanks to my friend.

Of course, these are all just drabbles, as the summary above states so blatantly. I have no storyline behind most of them. Just random ideas that could've been episodes but would never be because it's too crazy and stupid. Some will contain an OC, and most will be OOC. I haven't seen Avatar in a long time, so my timeline and everything is off, but Sarah has been so kind as to fill me in and answer my questions- even the stupid ones- and correct me on my blunders.

But considering the vast amount of bad writers out here on the Internet, and the stuff they have the applaudable gall to post up, I guess it could be worse.

For future reference, most of it will also be Book Three, since Book One Zutara is essentially one-sided/rape, and Book Two Zutara is nonexistant.

So, as always, flamers will be extinguished, and reviews will be rewarded with virtual cookies and plushies of Momo.

I don't own Avatar The Last Airbender, or else Zutara would be canon(among other things).

Katara shivered against the cold. Being separated from Aang and the others meant that she didn't have her sleeping bag with her, and the temperature was dropping very quickly. There was a rustling of leaves and a clattering of wood as Zuko returned with the firewood and let the sticks fall from his arms into a heap on the dirt. "Sorry for taking so long. Who would've thought firewood would be so hard to find in a forest?" He murmured the second part to himself, clearly agitated.

He piled the wood up in a shapeless pile before snapping his fingers and lighting the stuff on fire. It almost no time, the flame turned into a small blaze and Katara closed in as near as she dared to without risking her clothes catching fire. The warmth bathed her face and hands, but the cold still nipped at her back and she couldn't help but shiver again. Zuko sat next to her, glancing at the starry sky above them. "No moon tonight?" he mused quietly.

"Yep. New moons are always the darkness night of the month. It's also the night you can see the stars at their most," Katara muttered. She remembered gazing at the stars late at night with her mother, despite the snow and cold. Her mother would tell the then very young girl stories about the moon and stars, gently lulling Katara to sleep in her arms.

Zuko grunted, partially in wonder. "You know, when I was at sea for three years, I learned how to navigate with the stars," he said. "If we were near the ocean, I could probably tell where we are."

"Really?" Katara wasn't the least bit interested in his escapades at sea. To be honest, she didn't want to hear anything about the ocean right now. She was cold, hungry, and she missed Aang and her brother.

Zuko seemed to notice the cold, tired tone of her voice and dropped the subject.

A breeze blew against Katara and Zuko's backs, and Katara shivered involuntarily. Goosebumps broke out across her body, prickling her mocha skin. She felt something drop onto her shoulders and looked up. Zuko had taken off the robe-like first layer of his shirt and draped it over Katara.

His eyes met hers, gold and blue locking for a brief moment before Zuko turned away and scowled half-heartedly at the flames. "You look cold," he whispered, answering the question in her eyes.

"Um... aren't you gonna get cold, though?" Katara asked. Zuko shrugged and folded his arms across his chest.

"I'll deal with it," he answered quietly.
