My name is Alice Hedi, and I'm 12. I live in the region of Humei. It's always snowing here, but it's full of amazing people know it as the land full of dragon type pokemon, pokemon only known and to be caught in this region. My father is the champion of the region and my mother owns a gym. When I was born my father traveled to a far away region just to get me a female Charmander. When I earned my ability to speak I named her Charlie, we were great friends. On my 5th birthday I learned how to catch pokemon. I caught a Surfiwin. It's a water and dragon type pokemon, with spiky fins and has blue wings which are used as fins too. It's a dark blue with a white belly. I named him Safi, and even though I thought him and Charlie were going to be enemies because of their types they were actually very closer friends.
I've always had the dream of becoming a trainer and maybe becoming a champion of a region, exploring to different regions like this one I've always heard about named Kalos region. I've heard stories of other regions but in the small snowy land of Humei it's very unknown and rarely has visitors. Now I'm twelve and I'm getting ready to follow my dream and start my dream.
Today was the day. If you want to know how I woke up well it was with cold water coming from Safi. He hovered with his wing/fins over my head while I glanced over to Charlie in her fire-proof seat, waiting for me to get out of bed. I closed my eyes again and heard a gurgled growl. Then a pushing force by my dear pokemon Safi. I then tumbled onto the wooden floor and mumbled. "Calm down, I'm getting up."
I got off the floor and Charlie started to follow and so did Safi. I looked to my mirror, and my hair was a mess. I got it brushed fast enough to get dress. I was wearing a hood cape with fur at the rims, a navy shirt with a two white bat like wings (to represent my love for dragon types) and a white skirt. I also had long stockings striped black and blue and the other stocking white and gold. And what covered 45% of those stockings were my long boots with fur rims as well.
Now to put everything I have in my bag. I had a big messenger bag I never used. It had 8 pockets, that were perfect if you were someone who liked being organized.
My two best friends watched as I gathered everything and getting ready to head out. It was only 6:00 am and the sun was just rising. I creeped down the stairs and saw my mom sleeping on the couch. She woke up in only 30 more minutes. I knew I couldn't begin my journey with my parent not knowing so I left a note saying. "Mom, I'm leaving like I said I would. You and dad promised my journey would be today and now I'm off.
I'm going to get to your gym once I finish the first two, and once Safi evolves and learns to surf I'll be off to find a region to go through. I'll miss you and dad, I love you.. This is Alice by the way"
I opened the door and let Charlie walk out and Safi flew above me.."Here I go." I breathed slowly. I was actually leaving, I can't believe it..
