This is a one-shot I wrote one morning when I was bored out of my mind. My inspiration was the slice of pizza I had. This may be a corny story but it's meaningful to me, none the less.
"Hey Jeremie, are you going to finish that?" Odd called out obnoxiously. Ulrich and Odd were in the blonde's dorm, celebrating his birthday.
"Nah, maybe later," he replied. "I'm not that hungry right this second." Jeremie, the boy genius, was working on a robot that would be able monitor him and his friends while they were on Lyoko. He had just recently visited the cyber-world and discovered he wanted to help defeat xana too.
"Doo-doo-dun dun daaaaaa!" Odd's ring tone blared throughout his friends dorm, echoing off the walls. He immediately flipped on open and said, "Yello, Odd here!"
"Orange," the Japanese girl on the other end of the line said. "Odd this is no time for jokes! Xana has taken over all of the plumbing in France! We need to get to Lyoko, fast!"
"Gotcha Yumi," he shouted into the phone. He stuffed his mobile in his pocket and muttered, "It's Lyoko time."
The three boys raced out of the dorm and into the pipes that lead to the factory where the gang would defeat xana once again.

"C'mon Jeremie! Let's go to Lyoko!" Ulrich exclaimed.
"I'm coming, I'm coming." The blond replied. "I'm just setting up the LYOKO-TRON 300." He then leaped into the tube that transported him and his friends into Lyoko.

"This is freaking awesome," Jeremie muttered. He looked down at himself to see the outfit he has always wanted. He was a Knight in shining armor, but one made of more flexible material and harder metal. Placing his helmet on his head, a virtual feather grew atop of it in an instant. He drew his sword and raced to catch up to his friends.
"Jeremie, Aelita, Yumi, Ulrich and Odd are surrounded by 10 tarantulas," said a robotic voice. "Keep up your guard."
"Well this sucks," the geisha muttered. She slowly opened her fans and posed in an attack position. With her slick moves, Yumi defeated one out of all the ambushing monsters.
Ulrich preformed his triangulate technique, catching the monster off guard. His blade rammed into the xana sign causing the tarantula to disintegrate.
Odd bounced around with the agility of a cat. Hiding behind a rock, he aimed her arm at one of the monsters. The blond exclaimed "Laser Arrow!" as a dart flew out of his sleeve and into the monster.
"Great job guys, but now it's my turn!" exclaimed a very excited Jeremie. Drawing his sword as sharp as a samurai's, he began to sprint around monsters, stabbing them with his blade.
"Look at his go," Aelita gushed. "He's so strong."
"Psh, beginner's luck," Odd pouted.
The daring knight continued to cause these monsters misery, swinging his sword at every given object. Just then, the robot shouted "Jeremie, there seems to be a glitch in the map. In 10 feet there seems to be no stable land to walk on. Turn around, now!"
"Huh?" the blond asked. He tried to stop his jog, but didn't do it in time. Jeremie slid off the cliff and into a sea of swirling virtual pixels. "Don't worry, I'll be fine!" was all the brave boy could say before he was engulfed by the vast emptiness of Lyoko.

Back in Jeremie's dorm, Aelita began bawling. "That did not just happen. It didn't….it didn't."
"It's ok Aelita. You heard him, Jeremie is fine." Yumi says, trying to comfort her friend.
"Hey look, it's his pizza!" Odd exclaims. "Do you think he'll mind if I have it?"
