Legend of Dragoon CH.2
Dart, Shana, and Lavitz make it out of Helena with two guards chasing them.
One of the guards shoots an arrow barely scratching Lavitz's leg.
Since they could not run there only option was to hide from them.
They out smarted the guards and found a cabin where they could take a rest and catch up on everything that has happened.
Shana and Dart have been split up for five years, and Lavitz had no idea what Dart was searching for, so that was one thing to talk about.
"I've been searching for the Black Monster. He destroyed my village when I was young. My parents and I escaped from the village, but my father and mother decided to go back. After the fire cleared I went back and no one was alive, but I found my fathers pendent." says Dart as he tells his story.
"Wow you've been through a lot," says Lavitz. "I've decided that I'm going to help you on your journey." "ME TOO!" says Shana with excitement.
After they rested they headed to Lavitz's home town, Bale.
As they reach Bale Lavitz visits King Albert in the most beautiful castle they had ever seen.
"Hello Lavitz, I see you've brought some friends along with you," says Albert.
"Yes, these people saved my life while I was in Helena," Lavitz tells Albert.
"This is Dart and Shana," as Lavitz introduces them.
"Well thank you Dart and Shana for saving my dear friend," says Albert.
King Albert asks Dart and Lavitz for a favor.
"There is a fort in Hoax that we believe is going to be under attack; we need ya'll to protect it."
Dart accepts the mission and also ask for a favor from King Albert. "Is it possible to keep Shana in your castle until the war is over."
"I'm sorry but since the war Bale hasn't been the safest place. She would be more safe if she were with ya'll." declined Albert.
"Dart first we must go visit my mother and tell that I'm still alive and well." Lavitz says.
They head through the town to Lavitz's mothers house.
"WOW, that house is huge." says Shana as she stares blankly at the house.
"Well it's pretty big I guess." says Lavitz.
They head on into the house and meet Lavitz's mother.
"Hello Lavitz how's it been. O, and I see you've brought a girlfriend." says his mother with excitement.
"Mother, Shana is not my girlfriends. She's Darts." says Lavitz as he's embarrassed.
"She is not my…Yup it's true." says Dart being interrupted by Shana. "But, but…ok fine."
"Won't ya'll please stay awhile. I was just making dinner."
"O, really? Well I'll help." offers Shana.
Shana and Lavitz's mother leave the room to prepare dinner.
"Well Dart, is there anything you want to see while we wait?"
Dart and Lavitz wonder around until dinner was ready. Once they were done they headed out for Hoax.
They arrive a few hours later and meet with the general.
"Ya'll will be at night watch." orders the general
