It's late at night in Ecruteak City...
Morty and Rose sit on his couch, happy about their baby-to-be.
"I'm so glad to be the one to father your child."Morty says.
"I am too."Rose smiles.
5 months pass, and Rose's belly is really big.
Morty's Gastly hovers beside her belly, since it's able to sense the unborn child's presence.
"Gastly..."it says.
"Gastly can sense our baby."Rose says.
"Yup."Morty says.
4 more months pass, and Rose goes into labor, so Morty has decided for her to give birth in the Bell Tower.
"Ow..."Rose moans.
"Envision the bird of Rainbow colors, imagine it flying above this tower, a rainbow trailing behind it."Morty says.
"I've caught Ho-Oh, in fact I have it with me, but its name is Rainbow now."Rose says.
"Then imagine your Ho-Oh, Rainbow, singing a calming song to you."Morty says.
Rose does so and the edge is taken off her pain.
Hours pass and Rose's water breaks and she starts to push.
"Okay, here we go, you've got this, keep going."Morty instructs her.
A few pushes later, a baby boy who looks like Morty is born crying.
"It's Chibi Matsuba!"Rose grins.
"Morty Jr it is, then."Morty smiles.
Morty cuts the cord and wraps Morty Jr in a blue blanket, feeding him, burping him and rocking him to sleep, Morty quickly settles into his new role as Morty Jr's father.
Rose snuggles Morty and sleeps.
