Keladry of Mindelan had grown up in the small fief of Mindelan, until she was six when she moved to the Yamini Isles with her parents. Her dream of becoming knight consumed her, of the glory and honor, and she prayed to the Goddess to grant her dream.
Trying not to reach out, But when I'd try to speak out, Felt like no one could hear me, Wanted to belong here, But something felt so wrong here, So I pray (I would pray), I could breakaway
She tried not to hope to hard, she didn't want her hopes crushed, all the times she had spoken of it to her parents they hadn't listened. She had wanted to belong to the Isles, but it hadn't felt right. So she prayed to fulfill her dreams, to be a knight.

She'd learn to be a page, to be a Knight! She'd go through the hardships of it all, if just to be allowed to savor the moments. She would break free of the traditions that bound her, and take the risk. She wouldn't forget the ones who she loved, but would still fly to remembrance.
