Welcome to bullet hell on day twenty-five.

In the middle of the night, Mystia was concentrating on making a new sign for her grilled lamprey stall. Off to the side stood her band mate Kyouko, who was also making a new sign as well.
"Done!" exclaimed the pink-haired Night Sparrow with a grin.
The Yamabiko looked over towards her friend to see the sign she held up. She couldn't help but sweatdrop. "Ano, Mystia? Are you sure you want to use that sign?"
"What do you mean? What's wrong with it?"
Kyouko didn't have the heart to tell her friend that it didn't say anything. Mystia's inability to read meant she didn't know what the various kanji meant, which in turn she technically could write either.
"Well…I don't think it'll attract customers very well. It just doesn't pop, you know?"
Mystia had a pout on her face as she looked at her sign, turning it every which way. "But I used bright colors."
"You need more than just bright colors to attract customers, Mystia."
The bird yokai looked over towards her fidgeting friend. She could tell Kyouko was hiding something, but what that was…well she was going to find out.
She pointed at her friend with one of her talons. "What are you hiding, Kyouko?!"
"Eh?! I'm not hiding anything!" exclaimed Kyouko, very nervous.
"Yes you are! You're all fidgety right now! So spill it!"
"Really! I'm not hiding anything! It's just…I was hoping we could use my sign."
Mystia looked at the sign Kyouko presented with a look of confusion. She couldn't tell the difference between Kyouko's sign and her own, so did it really matter in the end? But seeing the pleading look in Kyouko's eyes, Mystia soon gave in.
"Fine. We'll use your sign," replied Mystia with a sigh, earning a beaming smile from Kyouko.
"Arigatou, Mystia!"
"Yeah, yeah, whatever," said the Night Sparrow as she took Kyouko's sign and wen to attach it to her food cart.
If she had stuck around, she would have seen Kyouko let out a sigh of relief. It was then that Kyouko vowed that she would teach Mystia how to read and write.

I know nothing about Touhou aside from the fact they're bullet hell games, mostly on PC, and that they've been around for over twenty years.
