AN: Hiya everyone...well this is the first Kingdom Hearts fic I've ever written, so if it totally blows please don't kill me. I'm so happy right now. Today was the last day of exams, and we have a week and a half for holiday...WOOT...This is only the prologue so it's really short...the chapters should be longer

It was times like these that Zexion really cursed genetics.
He had come to the library to check out his favorite book, and when he finally found it, he was too short to actually reach the shelf it was on.
He stood on his toes, and reached his arm out trying desperately to grab it. Zexion sighed as his fingers barely brushed against the book. He moved closer to the bookcase and tried again, only to come up with the same result.
He growled as he jumped trying to get high enough to reach it. His hand slightly grazed the side of the book, but he couldn't get a good grasp on it.
He stepped back a little so he could get in in his sight. He sent the book a glare as if the look itself would make it easier to reach.
It was then that Zexion heard a soft chuckle behind him. He watched as a hand came into view, and grabbed the book he had just spent the last five minutes trying to get.
