Pawsteps echoed as a small black cat padded into the cave. After a while the cat got up. A larger black tom with his white front paws greeted her. "Hello… do you remember what I asked of you?" the tom asked.
"To… give you my… kits when they are born?" the she-cat mewed scared. The tom nodded.
"Do you agree to?" He asked her, the echoes of their voices were what reminded him of something he had to do. "If you don't… well, I will have to take them by force." He murmured as he started to circle her.
"I… I agree." she told him finally after a few minutes. Echoes repeating "I agree" startled by the echoes she jumped and backed off.
"You won't regret this…" the tom told the she-cat before he left her staring.
"Oh gosh… what have I done?" she cried out to herself after a while
