Chapter One It was a coold dark night. I was just hoping that the rain would stop soon so that I would get more customers for my noodle shop. Ever since the day my son was choosen to be dragon warrior ive been lonely and barely ever seen him anymore,the last I saw him was last month with my daughter in law and my beautiful grandchildren Hannah and I was about to close down the shop I heard someone outside the entrance to the shop."Grandpa,can I come in?"The person asked. It sounded ike Hannah so I relpied "Come in" then as I thought Hannah walked in all dripping wet. "Hannah,dear,come dry off this insent,I'll fix you some noodles!"
I said. After I gave her a blanket and noodles I sat down across from her and said. "Why arent you at the Jade Palace with your father and mother. "They dont love me anymore!" she replied with tears fallig from her Jade green eyes." Why wouldnt they love you?"I asked."Ever since my dummy head brother was born,mommy and dad wont pay attention to me!"she said crying. With a shocked look on my face I said" Of course they love you silly,but Jade is only 2 years old and just like his father at that age!" "Ok grandpa,are you sure they love me?" Hannah asked."Honey I'm sure and their probably wondering where your at,let me walk you back home."
"Ok Papa Ping,love you." she squealed in a happy voice. "I love you to Hannah." And that's when we started heading back to the palace.
