"And why would I want to join your little team, Mr. Queen?"

She was so close I could smell the tangerine-lime Slus-O on her breath and the small scent of burning on her finger tips. I wanted to inhale but instead I stepped back at sound of my name and looking with open gaping mouth.

"How-"

"I have my sources."

Wicked grin on glossy lips, with one look she was a child, weak and fragile someone that you want to take in your arms and protect. But this girl with her blond hair and lush lips was anything but fragile and if I even tried to push my hands on her I would feel a deadly spark of blue running under my skin.

"The guy that called me, Mohinder said you were trying to be better, to be a hero."

"True, but why should it be with you, Ollie-boy?"

I admired such a woman, such a woman that I want beside me protecting my back like a hero. She was big girl, nothing like the child that she pretended to be, a smile toward me like a light in the dark.

"You're looking at the best, Miss Bishop, the best and the baddest heroes out there. So what do you say?"

"I say, yes, yes, yes."

Smiles big and free, her in my arms, strong nothing fragile about her and a kiss long and stamped into my mind.

She's nothing like the others, she's so different that I might have trouble holding on to this twisting tornado, but I would rather get picked up then let go of such a girl.

They whisper, they say, 'but boss she's bad, she was one of them. How do you know that she's changed?' anger in my eyes, like a madman I point my arrows at them. 'Never again, don't you dare talk about her that way. She's different that's the one thing I'm sure of.'

She picks her uniform, all pink and lacy and I don't even say snide jokes, just whisper 'pinks your color.' Leaving her cheeks blushing and smile big.

There she is, my newest recruit, standing by my side, wicked grin and cape flying. They look and they laugh, but soon enough their laughs turn to screams and our frowns turn to smiles.

"How did I do, Ollie? I am new at this you know."

"Miss. Bishop, I don't know what we would do without you and your finger tips."
