"You're late."

Archie's a blur of faded shirt and torn jeans as he careens into the locker room, nearly colliding with David, who's sitting on one of the benches tying his work shoes on. The Asian man offers a quick, breathy 'Sorry' and slides to a halt in front of his locker, quickly turning the combination lock and opening the door hastily. He grabs the work clothes he'd left the night before, shoving his bag into the small confinement and stripping off his shirt in one fluid motion. David watches, amused, as Greg also enters the locker room with break neck speed, almost plowing Archie down as he stopped beside him to open his own locker.

"You're late too."

Greg cast a wary look over his shoulder, shoving his jacket into his locker and pulling out his badge, shoes and belt as Archie peels off his jeans to replace them with something a little less tight and a little more work appropriate. Greg's already dressed to be out on the job, David notices, and as the blond runs a hand through his hair he can't help but wonder why the two were late.

"So, why are you two attempting to break the speed dressing record, hmm?" he asked casually, only a slight hint of teasing noticeable in his voice. Archie shoves his things into the locker and gets his badge, and Greg shucks his sneakers for sturdy dress shoes.

"Slept in." both stated, simultaneously, and David wonders if it might be a conditioned response for the two. He knows that he's used it as an excuse before, along with half of the Clark county crime lab, but still, he knew that neither the AV tech nor the CSI level 1 often aimed to be late.

"Ah. And where are you suppose to be?" he asked, noting with interest that Archie had sat down beside him to catch his breath. Greg closes his locker and sits down as well, leaning against David as he lets Archie untangle his laces, and it's a peaceful minute and twenty three seconds until the shoe is tied and Greg is up again.

"On a scene. Nick's taking me." He states, and David scowls slightly at the thought of Greg and Nick on a scene together because honestly, the two of them seemed to have horrible, awful luck. Greg offers a sheepish smile, and Archie stretches and lets out a yawn before offering his own reply.

"In the AV lab. Where I don't want to go, because I heard coming in that there's a pile of security tapes for me to go through, joy of joys. Where are you supposed to be, David?" David shrugs, standing up and offering Archie a hand up as Greg lingers near the door.

"Trace, of course. Where else would I be, you twit?" Archie just shrugs and David rolls his eyes, shaking his head as both Greg and Archie exit the room ahead of him. He picks up his lab coat and looks around the locker, noting that Archie's left his wallet on the bench and Greg's bag was sticking out of his locker. Picking up the wallet, he opens Greg's locker and puts the bag away properly, then closes it and heads out the door.

"I'll have to set the alarm a little earlier if they want to be on time tomorrow." He mutters, thinking of how he'd left the two in bed that morning, fast asleep, "Or else they'll have to start waking up with me to be ready on time." He chuckled to himself, then slowly ambled down to the AV lab to drop off the wallet and ask about breakfast after shift. With two younger, hyper lovers, he figured that a quick stop at the local Denny's would perk them up for a little after work fun….
