Over You
It had been a year. It felt like a lifetime. Isabelle walked into the graveyard. Her little brother laid in one of the tombs. Her fragile little brother, the one who was always concerned for her well being. Her little soldier. She walks continuously until she reaches the small tombstone, coated in snow at the moment. Her heart ached at the sight of his name on the stone.
"Hi." She says miserably laying the copy of Fullemental Alchemist and a single white rose on the little patch of snow. "I miss you, a lot. Clary says that you always wanted to learn how to read Magna, this one is apparently really good Maximillion."
Tears fall silently down her face. "Max, I'm sorry. I'm sorry I wasn't there in time." She whispers. "I will never forgive myself for that."
She sniffles. And wipes her eyes. "It's Christmas tomorrow. I know you always put the star on top, it's your job. So this year we don't have a star, instead a little angel. Like you Max. An angel just like you."
"Max, why did you do it. You didn't deserve to die. Not like this. I promise you, I'm going to find Sebastian, and I Will make him pay. For all the pain he's caused us, and you."
She finally said silently to him, "Max, I love you."
With that she left the grave of her little brother, her little solider.
