Vanellope's POV
I was on a date with Rancis when it happened. It was a beautiful, sunny day in Sugar Rush and we were going on a walk. We were just about to walk home when I started not feeling good. "Are you alright?" he asked, clearly concerned.
"Yeah, I'm fine, probably just a little virus," I reassured him. Just then I felt something break in my coding. I fell to my knees.
"Are you sure?" he questioned me. I shook my head.
"Can you carry me? I don't think I can make it home," I asked. He nodded and put me on his shoulders. He took three steps before falling to the ground, now unconscious. I tried to crawl to get some help, but I was soon unconscious. When I woke up there was no one there and I couldn't remember anything. That was when I heard a jingling sound coming from my wrist. It was a charm bracelet with small Reese's peanut butter cups on it. I turned it over and read what the engravings said.
