What keeps them awake at night
She can't sleep. She gets up, the bed creaking beneath her. She looks around. Everyone is asleep. She wraps a blanket around herself and tiptoes down to the common room.
The moonlight is bouncing off glass windows, reflecting everywhere. She walks to the windowsill, curls up on it and stsres outside. The stars are out tonight. They burn brightly, as ever in the black sky.
What keeps her awake:

Her sister (she thinks her sister hates her).
Herself (is she a bad person?)
Her boyfriend- why is she with him?
James Potter; she's confused.
He also can't sleep. He sighs at his friends' snores. He gets up, puts on a dressing gown and starts down the stairs.
What keeps him awake:
Late homework
His family- will they be alright?
The war (it scares him.)
Remus (he seems older somehow and he's so tired)
Lily Evans' boyfriend- why is she with him?
Lily Evans; he loves her
He reaches the common room, catches sight of her on the windowsill. She turns and sees him. They're both embarrased. She gets up and quickly climbs the stairs back to her dorm. He turns and goes back where he came from.
They're perfect for each other.
They're too proud to admit it.
