"Look Kurt! Tigers!"
Kurt allowed himself to be pulled closer to the enclosure, his face set in a small smile of adoration, reserved solely for the shorter boy tugging his hand.
When they reached the barrier separating them from the animals in the pen, the boy dropped his hand in favour of pressing both of them up against the transparent wall. Kurt felt the loss of warmth, but settles for just watching him pressed up against the glass in wonderment of the lazy felines.
"Look Kurt, aren't they adorable?"
Kurt looked at his bouncy, enthusiastic companion, and tried to fight back an even bigger smile.
"Oh, yeah, sure, giant cats that could rip you to shreds with ones swipe of their paw. Adorable."
He could barely restrain the laugh that threatened to burst out of him at the put out look on his date's face.
"No, Blaine. I think you're the one who's adorable."
And then Kurt leaned down and kissed him.
