"Hermione wait!" George called through the thick sheets of rain separating him and Hermione. Hermione was storming ahead her arms crossed over her stomach.
"Just piss of George. Go back." She yelled not turning around. George picked up his pace and grabbed her tightly around the waist. Hermione tried to pull away but George held her tighter.
"I didn't know she would turn up." George said. Hermione shook her head and tried harder to move but George was stronger then she was so in the end she gave up and sighed. She turned around and stood back from George.
"It seemed pretty planned that she comes to see you the first day I come back from Hogwarts." Hermione said hotly. The rain still pleated down on them. George's bright red hair was sticking to his face a forehead. Hermione's clothes were drenched and her already frizzy hair was becoming out of control. George reached out to touch her but Hermione stood back.
"Can we go back to the café and get out the rain. You will get sick." He said and Hermione frowned and shook her head.
"I don't think we should be together anymore. You obviously have more offers that you prefer." Hermione looked heart broken as she turned around and walked towards the exit of Diagon Alley. George stood frozen on the spot watching her before he found words.
"You cant!" He yelled and Hermione stopped and turned around.
" Why not?" She said. The rain had started to thin now and George could make out her frizzy hair and her small eyes. But nothing more.
"I have missed you. You cant leave me now. I need you around." He said slowly so not to say something wrong. Hermione laughed and for a split second George thought he wasn't going to lose her. But then he looked up into her eyes he realized then the laugh was not as good as he hoped.
"So? I missed you too. At least I didn't show up with an Ex." She said and sighed. That meant she was fed up. George could tell. He had very very little time to correct this. He racked his brain and came up with what he was going to say. He had being going to say it all night,
"Please Hermione. I love you." He yelled. The rain was just a drizzle now and Hermione turned around her quizzical look made George have to hide a smile.
"What did you say?" She asked carefully.
"I said I love you. I always have Hermione. I am not ready to lose you." He said and Hermione moved closer.
"So Alicia means nothing?" She said her arms slowly loosening from her chest. George moved closer to Hermione but she didn't move.
"Not even worth a mention compared to you." He said quickly. The rain had stopped now and Hermione looked up at George and bit her lip. George moved closer again and when she didn't protest he grabbed her waist and pulled her into him.
George brushed the wet hair out of her face and leaned in close to her lips brushing them softly against hers. Hermione moved the last centimeter and kissed George softly. George pushed his tongue against Hermione's lips Hermione welcomed his tongue and parted her mouth. She moaned softly as George pushed his tongue against hers. But it all ended to quickly for Hermione George still had her waist and was staring into her eyes.
Hermione smiled and stood back and they walked hand in hand in the moonlight down Diagon Alley.
Hope you enjoyed it. ^.^
