When Nawaki died he never expected himself to wake up in the future into the body of a baby with the name Naruto. With the Third Hokage hiding information from him and the villagers ignoring him, Naruto(Nawaki) decides to leaves Konoha in secret and search for his older sister Tsunade to tell her that his alive again and takes her back to Konoha with him.
