Dragon Song

Author's Notes: Hi everyone. So here's the scoop: Saw the 1992 Disney movie Aladdin on Dish Channel 180. Free Form, used to be called ABC Family. With the DVD Hunt for Double Dragon cartoon the Complete Series going on, I sort of came up with this little oneshot songfic.

The Original Character, (OC,) I created; (And that you'll find in a few of my stories including "Double Duelist" and "Virtualegend"), and the lyrics she sings are mine though.

Also note that I went with the Jafar version because it's shorter and simpler, NOT because I like it.

A lone, well built figure makes his way onto the stage as the curtain is pulled open. He draws his sword as the orchestra begins to play.

The spotlight shines on a young girl of fifteen, with snowy-white hair and icy-blue eyes.

"Jimmy Lee, yes it is he who woke up the dragon. Used the sword of Chen Long the Dragon Lord, along with his Chi."

As Alysa sang, Jimmy was going through a slow, Tai Chi like Kata.

"Yes he's a blast from the past. But the show was too good not to last. Say hello to my Hero Jimmy Lee!"

The Crowd cheered loudly as he finished his kata and took a bow. While the orchestra played through the short interval, Jimmy made a quick change. He was now wearing his Double Dragon suit, [1] with the helmet of his armor. [2]

"Jimmy Lee, Awesome is he, my Saturday Hero." Alysa sang again, her smile growing by the second. "Yes he's more, than just a bore. Take it from me. His personalities Pros, make my happiness grow."

As the music intensified, Alysa and Jimmy went into a sort of Two-Person Kata; Alysa timing her singing, and both of them timing their moves to the rhythm of the tune.

"He send my Inner Child on a Mystical trip when my Confidence takes a Terminal dip."

The music lessened, and the two now stood in the Attention position, smiling at the crowd.

"The Shadows frozen, the path I've chosen is the way of the Ninja. For Might! For Right. Like Jimmy Lee."

The orchestra finished playing as Alysa and Jimmy bowed to the cheering crowd. They slowly walked behind the stage as the curtains closed, and the lights were turned off.

Short I know, but I must say, rather sweet for even my taste.

[1] When Billy and Jimmy transform, saying:

Jimmy: "For Might!"

Billy: "For Right!"

[2] When they use the power of Chi and call up their armor:

Jimmy: "Ultimate Might!"

Billy: "Ultimate Right!"
