I had so much fun writing one of these for Steve and Danny from Hawaii Five-0 the other day that I just had to do one for Supernatural. It's merely a bit of whimsy on my part, but I hope everyone enjoys.

Sam and Dean
By: Vanessa Sgroi
(Written in the tradition of the nursery rhyme Jack and Jill)
Sam and Dean, uphill they careened
And crossed through roiling water.
Sam fell down, did scrape his crown
Then Dean came cartwheeling after.
Up Sam got, to Dean's side did trot
Just as fast as he could lumber.
He checked Dean's head and worriedly said,
"C'mon, Dean, there's no time now for slumber."
When Dean came to, he cursed the air blue
Then agreed they still had to gank the monster.
"Whatever it takes, for Winchester's sake,
We have to prevent another slaughter."
So off they went, albeit bruised and bent
To rid the world of this latest evil.
Easier said than done, their advantage none
Against the beast deep within this forest primeval.
With nothing short of awe, they eventually saw
The devilish monster meet its ignoble end.
After a final thrash, it turned to ash,
To Purgatory now condemned.
Once back in the car, the brothers they did spar
Over who really needed treatment first
Sam, he prevailed, when Dean suddenly paled.
Clearly his injuries were deemed the worst.
His argument toast, Dean found himself dosed
With medication, as Sammy rendered aid.
Wounds were soon patched with care unmatched.
They'd survived another battle in their fated crusade.
