Nihal was twenty years old. She was a beautiful girl. She was healthy but a
little bit fat. One day while she was looking at the mirror she thought she
was very fat. She wasn't beautiful. She was eating less and less. She wasn't
happy, she wasn't laughing anymore. First her friends thought she was in a
diet. But they understood it wasn't a diet soon.
She lost sixteen kilograms (thirty five pounds) in three weeks. She was afraid
of gaining weight. If she gains just grams she wasn't eating for days [i don't
know what you are trying to say here, sorry]. She was taking diet pills. At
first she was sixty seven kilograms (147 pounds). After five weeks she was
thirty four kilograms (74 pounds). Her periods were stopped because of weight
loss. Her family took her to a hospital. Doctors said she was anorexic. She
never believed that because she was thinking that she was fat. Doctors said
she needed to stay in the hospital and gain weight.
Therapists were helping here. First they helped her to accept anorexia. Then
taught her she is beautiful when she is healthy. She started to eat again they
gave her a diet to keep her health. Not fat, not very thin.
It took nine months to be healthy again but she was happy. We were with her.
Now she is healthy, beautiful.
WE LOVE YOU NIHAL.
