A Stiff? Interesting.

I don't think she can make it through the Initiation, I don't think so.

A Stiff as a matter of fact.

Huh. She gave up in wearing gray clothes?
She must be warming up to Dauntless.
For some reason, she looks… well, good, actually.
Interesting.

I don't think she'll make it.
Peter's just too big for her.
… I – I can't bare it.
Might as well go inside. I don't want to see what happens after.

Capture the flag time? I'm in.
I must strategize now.

I can see Eric's expression.
He thinks I lost my head in picking my team?
Let's see who prevails.

Why is the Stiff going up?
Should I catch up?
… Is she planning something?

I think I decided wrong.
I'm too far up.
I should not look down. I should not look down.
Calm down, Tobias. You can do it.
Climb higher.

Why is she so smart?
Why is she so unique?
Why does she intrigue me?
I think something's wrong with me.

We won because of her.
I do have one word for her, though: Brilliant.

I am utterly intrigued.

Important question: Is Four in character? Or am I doing this wrong? :P
This is actually a new idea for me. Just thoughts. I mean no descriptions are needed but the portrayal of the character is crucial.
