Us Christians
I look around at you all
staring at me like I'm out to get you
When will you see that I'm only out to help you?
I'm not trying to disrespect you
I'm not trying to stereotype you
You think I'm against you all
Us Christians, we are NOT against you
We're not against the world
Us Christians are against the one you holds the world captive
Many of us reach out to help you
We share our faith
Not because we think we're right
but because we know it's the only way
It's not our own prideful intentions for why we witness to you
Believe me, we'd rather do as we please than use our time for anyone but ourselves
We, just like you, are sinners
We are NOT perfect
Every single human on this planet is messed up in some way or another
Us Christians are just simply sinners saved by grace
God has saved us and so we want to tell you about his grace and mercy
so you can live life to the fullest too
