Chapter one: Things to do
Somewhere in Megaville suburbs at the girls new home Dexter was awaiting Blossom to return home while he was thinking how to complete all his tasks in such a small amount of time.
"Oh man sometimes I wonder why I have to be a genius boy" he was staying at the table and thinking "Hmm…sometimes life can give you things that you don't even imagined to have. Still I'm in a crisis of time. I must repair Coop's robot and in the same time, I must finish my project and I don't have time for it" he was still thinking but this time with the head on the table and stressed "I got it" his moral rise and his stress disappeared when a clever idea went trough his head "there is one friend that can help me, there is still hope, oh Holy Ghost of Einstein, thank you!"
Somewhere not far from the girls house, there is a small, yet luxurious house. In that house, there was a phone that ringed.
"Zane on the phone, the man of the house."
"Stop saying that you are the man of the house, you are not married" Dexter was talking with an annoyed look at his face "you're annoying me with that reply of yours."
"Oh sorry Boy Genius. Now tell me, what is the problem?"
"Noting that you can't handle it. It is simple, see, I must repair Megas XLR, but, in the same time I must finish my project."
"I see. So what do you want me to do."
"I want you to continue the project with a colleague of mine." Of course, he was talking about Blossom, but he didn't wanted to tell Zane about her because his reaction. "Meet me and my colleague at the mai hall so I can tell you what to do."
"Hmm…that won't be a hard task. Okay Dexter you can count on me"
"Oh great. You save me again pall" he was very excited about the success of his plan "I don't know how to thank you" anyway, he wasn't serious with this reply because he know that Zane always helps him "is there something I can do for you?"
"Yeah it is."
"What?"
"Don't you ever call me at this hour in the night. Go and sleep Dexter, it's past eleven."
"I can't sleep now."
"Why you can't sleep now?" talking with a angry look on his face
"Because Blossom…um…I mean, a friend of mine…um… you know I just can't sleep, that's the problem, I'm suffering from insomnia, yes that's the problem, insomnia." He was a bit nervous after saying the name "Blossom" at the phone. The problem is that he didn't wanted to make Zane know he has a girlfriend, that's all.
"Okay! Insomnia, now that's serious. By the way, what was with that name you said at the phone?"
"Oh um…chhhh…sorry…chhhh…I can't hear you…chhhh…I'm loosing the signal, a storm is coming, see you tomorrow." Then he closed the phone fast.
"A storm? Dexter my friend, you don't even know how to lie. It's very sad." He started laughing and he went to bed.
