(1)Heart of the fire- completed
One day, there was a blackout in the Akashi-Kuroko household.
Thus, Akashi lit a candle and walked towards the living room with Kuroko trailing behind him, hand gripping tightly to the corner of his shirt. Both of them settled into comfortable positions and they snuggled on the couch.
"Look, Tetsuya." Akashi pointed to the base of the flame.
"Is there anything wrong, Akashi-kun?"
"That blue flame there. People usually wouldn't notice it, would they?"
"What is Akashi-kun trying to imply?"
"Although it has a weak sense of presence, it exists as the heart of the fire." Holding up Kuroko's hand, Akashi placed it on his chest, where his heart is.
"Tetsuya, what happens when the heart is taken away?"
"Please don't ask stupid questions, Akashi-kun. Of course it will die." Kuroko blushed as he tried to pull his hand out of the grip.
"So if the blue flame disappears, the fire dies as well." Akashi gave Kuroko an affectionate look. "This blue flame is really like you, Tetsuya."
"Don't you ever feel embarrassed saying things like this, Akashi-kun?" Kuroko tried to hide his face by dipping his head downwards.
"Tetsuya... How can you be this cute.." Mumbling under his breath, Akashi gently held Kuroko in his arms.
The pair snuggled together, a picture of bliss and contentment.
I am your light. I will help you light your way through the dark. I will protect you. So please don't leave me, because, without the heart, one will surely lose the ability to live.
