Song fic to the song "She" by Green Day and about characters Ryan and Kelsi from High School Musical.
A/N: Hi guys, this is wicked short. The song is short, the story is short, and it took me all of about 10 minutes to write. It has definate room for improvement, but what story doesnt? So, leave your comments and i'll be grateful. More stories to come soon.She...
She screams in silence
A sullen riot penetrating through her mind
Waiting for a sign
To smash the silence with the brick of self-control
Are you locked up in a world
Thats been planned out for you?
Are you feeling like a social tool without a use?
Scream at me until my ears bleed
I'm taking heed just for you
Ryan sat there at his lunch table looking straight across at Kelsi. She wasnt talking or looking at anyone, or eating. He wished she'd just look at him, talk to him. He knew how she felt. He understood.
Kelsi was looking down at her food, not talking, not eating. She wished someone would hear her screaming out. The world was planned out for her, she had no choice, no use, no meaning. She waited. Would someone notice?
She's figured out
All her doubts were someone else's point of view
Waking up this time
To smash the silence with the brick of self-control
Are you locked up in a world
Thats been planned out for you?
Are you feeling like a social tool without a use?
Scream at me until my ears bleed
I'm taking heed just for you
Ryan stared. He knew she'd sense him looking eventually. He was begging her to look and to scream. He wanted her to know he understood.
She was thinking. Kelsi knew that what she was, she was made by others. How she acted and felt were just someone else's point of view. She felt someone looking. This world wasnt what she wanted. She had meaning.
Are you locked up in a world
Thats been planned out for you?
Are you feeling like a social tool without a use?
Scream at me until my ears bleed
I'm taking heed just for you
She looked up, right into a pair of blue-grey eyes. She smiled. Inside, she screamed. He knew she understood. She knew he understood. He smiled back at her. The bell rang, lunch was over.
