Luffy grinned at the mention of the green haired swordsman.
" Shishishi! I know Zoro!" He laughed. The pirates looked at him in shock.
" What?!"
" Yup!"
Later when Coby and Luffy were on the boat Coby asked Luffy a question.
" Hey Luffy?"
" Yeah?"
" How do you know Zoro?"
" You'll find out later!" Was all Luffy said. Coby did indeed find out later.
They were walking through town when Luffy said Zoro's name.
People scrambled away from the two.
Then they finally found the man. Tied up and starving.
" Wow, he looks so thin." Coby awes.
Luffy growled and before he could jump over a little girl did.
She offered Zoro rice balls, to which Zoro declined. Then a blonde rich looking boy walked into the grounds and took one. He yelled at her and then ordered one of the Marines following him to throw her over.
Luffy caught her and told Coby to get her home. After Coby was gone, Luffy jumped over the wall and walked quickly over to the demon swordsman. He grinned when Zoro noticed him. Zoro's eyes went wide and he also grinned.
" Hey Lu." He said. Luffy giggled and kissed him on the cheek.
" Hey Zoro!" Luffy learned why Zoro was tied up, and respected his lovers wishes.
" I'll come see you everyday till you get out." Luffy promised. Zoro nodded. Then Luffy heard Helmeppo talk about killing Zoro tomorrow and he wouldn't allow that. He punched the brat in the face all the while screaming at him. Coby held him back.
Luffy ran for the Marine Base and jumped the wall again.
" Zoro!" He cried. The man quickly looked over at the sound of the boys voice.
" What is it?" He asked calmly.
" That brat said he's gonna kill you tomorrow!" Luffy shrieked. Zoro looked surprised before growling.
" Coward, he lied to me!"
" I'm gonna go get your swords!" Luffy yelled. Zoro nodded and with that the boy ran inside. He ran into the brat along the way and made him bring Luffy to his room. Luffy grabbed the swords and rocketed back out just in time to stop the barrage of bullets about to hit his lover and his pink haired friend.
Coby gasped while Zoro smirked.
" Won't work." Zoro whispered.
Just then Luffy screamed the same thing and laughed. He handed Zoro's swords over and the man cut himself out just in time to block the oncoming swords.
" Move and you're dead." Zoro hissed. The Marines cowered in gear as Zoro smirked at Luffy who was grinning at him with such love Zoro had to blink.
The two boys fought together perfectly, they were in perfect synch. Then Helmeppo threatened to kill Coby if they didn't back down. Coby told Luffy not to stop, and Luffy grinned. He knew the Morgan was behind him, but he also knew that he didn't have to worry. Zoro was here after all. Luffy was right as he punched the brat, Zoro took care of the man behind him. After they had defeated all of the Marines the remaining ones cheered.
Luffy laughed and jumped on Zoro, smashing their lips together. All sound stopped as they watched the spectacle before them. Luffy pulled away and grinned, Zoro also grinned before promptly passing out.
