Its been a year. I really miss her. They keep telling me that she won't return. I refuse to believe them even though I haven't heard from her since she left.
You are probably wondering who I am. My name is Fabian. Fabian Rutter. A year ago my girlfriend Nina Martin left. None of us from Anubis have heard from her since. Where she went and why she left is still a mystery. All we know is this.
*Flashback*
I was in the common room waiting for Nina to wake up so we could eat breakfast together. I was beginning to wonder where she could be because she was usually awake by now. Suddenly Amber came running downstairs in her pajamas.
" Fabian! Have you seen Nina? She is not in our room and all her stuff is gone?" Amber yelled frantically.
I was starting to worry.
" No. Let's go ask Trudy where she is,'' I replied calmly.
We walked into the kitchen to find Trudy making breakfast. Amber then proceeded to ask Trudy the same question as she asked me.
" Why no I have not. Lets go have a look in your room Amber," Came Trudy's reply.
When we went into Amber and /nina's room there was note addressed to me that lay on her bare mattress. It read:
Dear Fabian,
I'm sorry that I didn't say goodbye. But I am leaving Anubis for awhile. I can't bear for you to see me like this. I have to let you be happy. I know this letter doesn't say much but I will return in a year with some answers for you.

So now here I am. Its been a year and she hasn't called or e-mailed since. Just when I lost all hope I heard Trudy say the most wonderful thing.
"Nina!"
