Jensen was a dreamer. He dreamed of finding Max and exacting revenge, so that he could avenge those 25 innocent Bolivian children. He dreamed of being around his sister and niece all the time, instead of not knowing whether he'd ever see them again when they set off on another dangerous mission. He dreamed of starting his own software and making it big, so that he could quit he army that had proclaimed them dead and never have to kill again. But mostly, Jensen dreamed of Cougar.
Aisha was a dreamer. She dreamed of finding Max and killing him, to avenge her father and obtain revenge for what he had done to her team. She dreamed of staying with the team, of making them forget about Roque's betrayal. She dreamed of quitting the business, of settling down to a peaceful life with her millions. But mostly, Aisha dreamed of Clay.
Pooch was a dreamer. He dreamed of taking Max down, of making him pay for what he had done to those 25 Bolivian kids. He dreamed of going on a vacation instead of on a mission, one that involves sand, sun, and surf. He dreamed of opening an auto garage and becoming insanely successful, so that he could quit the army that had given up on them and never see another murder. But mostly, Pooch dreamed of Jolene and their son.
Clay was a dreamer. Clay dreamed of tracking Max down and killing the bastard, of making him pay for what he had done to those children, what he had done to his team, and what he had done to infuriate Aisha. He dreamed of traveling for fun, where he would never have blood on his hands again. He dreamed of winning big when he gambled, so that he could quit the army that had betrayed them and never have to take on another fucking assassination mission. But mostly, Clay dreamed of Aisha.
Cougar was a dreamer. Cougar dreamed of killing Max, of drawing his death out so that he could feel the pain that the Bolivian children felt. He dreamed of returning to the cemetery where his family lay and of being able to put fresh flowers on their graves again. He dreamed of retiring from the army that had started a war against them, and of relaxing, really relaxing for the first time in years. But mostly, Cougar dreamed of Jensen.
The Losers had to deal with a reality that was too harsh, too painful, too real. But the Losers were dreamers.
And dreamers always survived.
Here you go! I hope that at least some of you enjoy this. This one was a plot bunny that would absolutely not go away until I wrote it down, so here goes. Critiques, rates, and reviews are all welcome. I own the DVD, but nothing else
