It was a gloomy day in Hyrule. A girl sat beside a river near the Hyrule Castle. She wore basic pants, a simple top with a jacket, and boots. Her wavy brown hair was tied in a ponytail and fell down to her waist and her green eyes, two different shades, were focused on three different creatures that played beside the river.
A feline-like creature with the head of an eagle, tufts of feathers shaped the ears, and feathered wings on her back. Her feathers and fur were a beautiful ocean blue. The griffiness snapped her beak at the ocean blue horse with her mane and tail flowing water. The mare pranced away and trotted around the dinosaur-like creature, a bony crest on her head and beautiful purple eyes.
Stephanie, Marine, and Saphira, the girl's pride, joy, and passion. Riding such exotic creatures never stopped her from doing anything. She smiled at her steeds, her friends, though she wished she could protect them better. Ever since the special armor she made for them was stolen, she had to resort to leather, easy to use, but they were at a loss without their armor.
Kathey looked up towards the castle, wondering if she would even have a chance to ask for help. The Chosen Hero was an option, but what would happen if they turned on her?
And leave her vulnerable to the monsters of Hyrule.
