A/N: Hola! This is pretty much my first uploaded HP fanfic! Hope I did okay!

It was the fourth rainy weekend in a row at Hogwarts, leaving the residents of the seventh year Gryffindor common room quite on edge.

"Go hunt." Sirius mumbled, his words distorted by the hand that held his chin up.

"Fish, Sirius," Remus reminded him.

Sirius rolled his eyes, "Fine, please yourself. Fish, hunt, I don't care."

Remus sighed and picked a card from the pile.

"It makes more sense for you to 'go hunt', though. I mean, you're hunting for a matching card, right?" Sirius snapped suddenly.

"Let it go, Padfoot." Remus seethed, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath.

There was a long pause.

"It's your turn, Prongs." Sirius reminded him.

James looked down at the pair on the floor from his bed and frowned, "I didn't know I was playing."

Remus opened his mouth to voice his confusion but he was inturrupted by a long, loud moan.

"I'm bored!" Sirius groaned, throwing down his cards and rolling over onto his back.

"You did have a six!" Remus huffed.

Sirius cocked an eyebrow, "I know."

"So when I asked you for a six you said 'go fish'. You're meant to give me the six." Remus explained, exasperated.

"That sounds rather counterproductive."

"How?"

"If I gave you my six, you'd be one six closer to winning."

"I gave you my four!"

"And it was very helpful! Jeez, I already said thank you, how many times do I have to say it?"

"Sirius, that's how the game works."

"Really? I thought you were just helping me because it was my first game!"

Remus slammed his cards on the floor and raked his hands through his hair, "You're insufferable!"

While Sirius was informing Remus on just who was insufferable ("You leave my mother out of this!") James clambered to his feet and crossed the room.

"Where are you going?" demanded Sirius, sitting up.

"To find Peter and do ANYTHING else." James replied curtly, "You two are driving me crazy."

He swung the door open without one last glance and slammed it shut behind him. Sirius and Remus stared at the blank wooden door, dumbfounded.

"Your mum's driving me crazy..."
