Prologue:
I am a Changer, and I work for Time. My name is Shaye Jones. Although I can change my appearance as I see fit, I usually choose to appear a 17 year old girl (though I am actually 250 years old) with blue eyes and blond hair, with the bottom three inches being a shocking blue in color.
I "live" with my mother, Reggie Jones, and my father, Arnold Jones. I have no other family.
As for my job, like I said earlier, I am a Changer. It is my job to make sure that certain things happen when they are supposed to, according to Time. I have the ability not only to change my appearance, but also the year in which I live as well. I am given job assignments from Time, and it is my duty to go to that year and perform the task. If they don't like the outcome of the present, they send me or someone like me back into the past to change something, thus altering the future.
I do not age; I do not grow older, or any closer to death. I simply am, have been, and will be, since I came into my powers at 17.
This is the story of my most personal and tragic case; bringing Lily Evans and James Potter together.
