"What do you mean they've succeeded AGAIN!?" Griffin yelled angrily at one of his subordinates and the creature in front of him cowered.
"They've managed to restore the Luna Labs sire," it said trembling and Griffin growled.
"Get out you fool," he hissed angrily and the creature retreated with a palatable sense of relief.
"You really need to chill out," a voice said to him and Emperor Griffin spun round to face the speaker.
"And how exactly am I to do that!" he asked through gritted teeth. The speaker, one of his Griffin Soldiers chuckled.
"You just need one of these," he said as he extended his hand. In it sat a small rubbery ball that deformed on touch. "It's called a stress ball."
"How does it work exactly?" he asked curiously and the soldier held it up.
"Well it works like this sire. Whenever you feel stressed, you squeeze the ball," he said. "It gives you something to relieve the stress with."
Emperor Griffin picked up the stress ball and looked at it dubiously. Well he had nothing to lose and he WAS feeling somewhat stressed lately. Pocketing the ball, he gave his minion a small smile.
"Thank you," he said and he gave the ball a squeeze.

Six weeks later.
It had been a long journey, but now they were finally here. Max and Monica had travelled through time and space to get to Griffin and now they were ready to face him. With some trepidation, they opened the doors to the palace.
"Max and Monica I presume?" Emperor Griffin asked in a chilled out voice. "I knew you'd make it."
"Your evil plans stop here Griffin!" Monica shouted angrily and Griffin chuckled.
"I can't be bothered to destroy time any more," he said as he squeezed his stress ball. "It's far too much hassle and stress."
"Wha-"
"Here, take a stress ball. It'll help you to de-stress," Griffin said, tossing a stress ball at Monica's feet. "It works wonders."
Max and Monica stared with their mouths wide open in shock as Griffin walked away squeezing his stress ball. Finally Max spoke.
"Well that was anticlimactic," he said.
