Chapter 1
Ichigo
Ichigo walked to school. It was nice knowing she didn't have to hide her ears and tail anymore. Kish, Tart and Pai were all gone now. She smiled. Kish had been the worst nuisance ever. She was glad to be rid of him. "Hey! Ichigo! Over here!" she heard a voice she could easily recognise calling her. It was her two best friends, Moe and Miwa. She turned to their voices and saw the two waving at her. She ran over to them. "Hi!" she called as she ran over to them. "Wow, you actually got to school before the bell!" Moe told her excitedly. "And I'm gonna stay awake ALL THROUGH THE DAY!" Ichigo promised the two, who started laughing. "You? Staying awake? Throughout the whole school day? Yeah right" Miwa giggled. "it's...unbelievable...after...awake!" Moe gasped in between laughs. "You just watch me" Ichigo told them, just as the bell rang.
"Wow, I can't believe you actually did it without even looking tired!" Miwa exclaimed "I know, right? Unless we have suddenly lost the ability to see what someone looks like when they are really, really tired I guess you were right!" Moe told the group. "Now Minto owes me £10" Ichigo said to nobody in particular. "Who's Minto?" Miwa asked Ichigo. "Oh just a girl who works at the Café" Ichigo told them.
