Weechesters... I can't help it. I recently became obsessed with Supernatural- well, more then I was. Heh. I love the Weechesters. They're both too cute. I can see little Sam scrunching his face up to do simple tasks and Dean being, well... a littler version of Dean. PerringtonJones likes to laugh at it, but screw him. Moving on.
Disclaimer: Not mine, I just enjoy playin' with them.
Words: 291 (I wanted to keep this short)
Ages: Sam is about 2 so Dean is about... 6.
Sam squirmed a little under the bright motel light, pulling his covers over his head. It blocked the light successfully, but he found himself starting to suffocate quickly. He rolled out of the covers and pouted slightly at the door- locked, bolted, and salted. John was out again and Dean was in the shower singing some tune Sam didn't recognise. But all that didn't matter- it was past eight and Sam was tired, but the lights were on. He wandered over to the doorframe that had the light switch on it and reached up to the switch to turn it off. He was inches from it.
He stood on his toes, still couldn't reach it and stretched himself out further- before over balancing and falling onto his rear with a quiet whumph.
Dean's head quickly poked around the edge of the bathroom door.
"Sam?"
Sam sniffled slightly.
"Sammy?"
Dean came into the small main room in his pajama pants and found Sam sniffling on the floor.
"Sam...? Why are you on the floor...?"
Sam sad faced at his older brother. "Dean... I twi-twi... Tried ta turn off the ligh' 'nd I fell down."
Dean smiled gently and silently approved the youngster working hard to pronounce tried right.
"Hey, it's okay, Sammy. You hurt yourself? No? Okay then. Head to bed, kid."
Sam sniffled again slightly and Dean scooped him up and put him to bed himself, tucking him in.
"Then what's wrong?"
"I can't reach th' light swi'ch."
Dean sat next to Sam. "You'll be big enough soon, Sam. Then you'll be able to do all kinds of neat stuff." He stood again and moved to the light.
"'nd Dean?"
"Hmm?"
"Love you."
"Love you too, kid. Don't ever forget that."
