Pastimes

Lying on the bed with Rukia, Ichigo woke up and looked at his clock; it says 5:00 am. He is watching the sleeping shinigami while placing his arms to her waist, since he has nothing to do; thank God it's Sunday, he can relax.
Rukia slept in his room because of Isshin. His 'dearest' father asked Rukia to stay in Ichigo's room, Ichigo protests but the old man didn't hear his words, maybe intentionally ignored it. Ichigo don't want Rukia to stay in the closet because the weather is cold so they slept together.
Watching the way she sleeps is one of his pastimes. He enjoyed watching her, specifically her reactions and expressions, the way she gets angry when he insults her drawings or the way she raises her eyebrow if she's confused. But, what he really likes is the way she smiles at him, the smile that she reserves just for him. That kind of smile makes him smile back, and that is something since Ichigo usually wears his scowl. But at this time, he has a very calm expression.
Rukia slowly opened her eyes and looked at Ichigo, smiling.
"Good morning" she greeted the carrot-top, occupying the distance between them while putting her right arm at the back of his neck.
"Good morning, midget" That earned him a punch.
"What the hell?"
"Don't call me midget." Rukia answered him coldly and went to 'her' closet to change her clothes.
Arguing with her is another one of his pastimes. Rukia is not the type of girl who cries if a guy said something about her, that is out of her character. She fights back on whatever insult she hears, especially about her stupid bunny drawings. She is a strong person who doesn't give up; the sad part is that her punches and kicks hurt.
After changing her clothes, she sat on the floor and read a magazine, while Ichigo is answering his assignments. After all, what he really like to do is to hang-out with her, in any way with the exemption of fighting hollows. He knows that she is tired and needs a break. He also need some rest so it is good that there aren't hollow attacks in the past two days.
"Hey Rukia, do you want to go somewhere?" Ichigo asked casually.
Pretty much, his pastimes are about her.
