There was a flashing glow from the bat-cave. Alfred turned around in shock!
"Alfred. Get me my belt. Robin, you stay behind." Said Batman, who stayed calm.
Alfred ran up to batman with the bat-belt. Bat man strapped it on and ran out into the clear sky, which was pure darkness.
Up on the roof of the Daily Planet, scarecrow was battling superman.
"piece of cake, superman." Said Scarecrow, jumping behind the daily planet. Superman hit the daily planet orb! Б"Now, I can escape and you can save everyone in that building, or let them die and defeat me!" Said Scarecrow, laughing his head off.
Indeed, as the scarecrow was hinting, the hinges of the globe fell off. It was rolling off! "KAPLUNK!" went the globe, jumping off the edge of the building. Superman flew under, and fixed it into its hinges. But when he got up, the scarecrow was gone!
"Dangit." said Superman, and flew away.
A grappling hook flew onto the scarecrow's coat. It resembled a bat. Batman's foot went flying into the scarecrow's face! He pulled the cable off, and kicked batman off the edge.
Batman reached for a grappling hook. There were none! Then, a FALUMP was heard. It sounded like something hitting the ground. Scarecrow was laughing his head off!
The next day, there was no Batman. In the daily planet, it said that batman was down for good.
In the asylum, Joker was laughing with the newspaper on his lap. Then his laughing stopped. "Y'know, think Ill miss that guy!" he said. In the newspaper, it stated...

Whenever everyone went into their houses to get their phones, They found out that batman was gone. Some thought it was a fake, some thought they were Dreaming. It is unknown what was going on.
