Close your eyes my love, take my hand in yours

Put a smile on, don't forget when I'm with you my heart soars

Fear not my love, for I am here to protect you from all,

Don't worry; all you have got to do is call.

Let your hair down my love, I'll keep you close to my heart

Don't mind their hateful words; I won't let them keep us apart.

Your mother may never accept us my love, however I'd run to the ends of the earth

They may stare and glare, but I'll do anything to prove my worth

Your heart may be mine my love, and mine belong to you,

But they'll never end understand, that you and I are true.

They may call the doctor my love, to fix that which isn't broken,

But you and I know, we belong even if the words were never spoken.

For never was a story my love, of more regret,
