August 10th
Raven Queen flopped exhausted onto her bed after a long day of camp counseling. The summer heat and non-stop bookball was almost too much to take. "I almost wish I was back in school" Raven said to meeshelle as she turned on her mirrorpad.
"You think you've had a rough day, the campers in cabin B have raged a prank war on cabin G and I had to catch the sea monkeys they put in the lake".
Raven laughed as she opened Mychapter.
"Why do you keep on looking at that, it always makes you homesick"
"I don't know, I guess I just need to know what's going on with everyone else". Mychapter was filled with photos and videos of the fun summers all her friends were having, Appel was at mirror beach, Briar and Rosabella were visiting Lizze in wonderland, and Cupid was with friends from her old school. "Two more days" Raven thought "and then you can leave this camp and see Maddie".
August 11
The last two days of camp seemed to last the longest, around every corner there was a camper who needed help packing, older camper makeout sessions to break up, or someone getting sick at the last minute. Finally Raven was able to go back to the counselor bunk and pack her own things, it didn't take long she didn't bring much. Suddenly, right in the middle of folding an unworn tee-shirt her mirrorphone rang, she picked it up. It was Appel. "Why would Apple be calling me".
"I how would I know"
"Thanks meeshell" Raven said sarcastically
She answered the phone,
"RAVEN HAVE YOU SEE THIS MIRROR-MAIL FROM THE SCHOOL"
"No the Mirror-mail is blocked here so that campers can't contact their parents"
"OH MY GRIMM RAVEN THIS IS AWFUL, THIS YEAR IS GOING TO BE HORRIBLE"
"Appel, what's going on, take a chill potion"
"I can't even say it, you'll have to wait to read for yourself"
(Hangs up)
"Well I guess something big is happening at school" said Meeshelle
"Naa, probably just Appel being Appel"
"I guess so"
August 12
The final moments of camp were the craziest of all as campers found their parents, exchanged numbers, and hugged goodbye. The camp bus kept on turning around because of a left behind duffel bag or a camper in the bathroom. Finally all of the campers were gone and counselors could finally leave. Raven was glad to go, camp was fun but she had been there since late June and was more homesick than any of the campers. At last it was Ravens turn to use the mirror travel. "I hate mirror travel" raven said to Meeshell
"It's the fastest way to get home"
"Easy for you to say, you can just swim home"
"Speaking of which, bye! Meeshell said as she jumped into the river.
"Bye see you in school!" Raven turned to the mirror "time to go I guess". As always, mirror travel sucked.
