"OH MY GOD" Im late for work again, holly screamed in her head as she rushed to get her jumpsuit on. As she ran out of the door she grabbed a bottle of water and gulped it down. She ran as fast as she could to police plaza but stopped halfway there. As she looked around she noticed that there wasn't the usual busy main street it was just a deserted ghost town. BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP.
Holly woke up to the sound of her alarm clock, and realized it was just a dream but she also realized that she really was late for work. As she hurried out the door she got her mail out and started to read it as she was running "Great my Aunt Lisa is coming to visit me tomorrow oh great", she sighed as She chucked the letter in a bin and kept on running, as she ran into police plaza she ran into a gnome who was at the end of the general information desk. The gnome fell onto the person in front of him and if you were standing a few meters away it would look like a game of dominos. But Holly didn't wait for everyone to get back up she continued to run all the way to the recon centre and sign in before she was late. After she signed in she was on her way to her desk when she heard a loud
"SHORT GET IN HERE"
Holly straightened out her uniform and went into Commander Root's office.
"You called for me sir", Holly said.
"Yes I saw what happened in the foyer and wanted you to know that you're on paper work for the rest of the month.
"But sir…..
"No buts Captain now get out of my office" Root replied.
Holly was sitting at her desk when Chix Verbal walked past and "accidentally" poured a whole bottle of water down her shirt.
"CAN THIS MORNING GET ANY WORSER", Holly screamed.
She screamed so loud that all of haven could practically hear her.

A/N: Ok so I know it's really short, but it was a short story thing we had to do in yr 7. So yes, that was 3 years ago and I just found it and thought I should put it on Fan Fic!
