Preface
It's been 10 years since I moved to Renfrew with Mum and Dad and now Mum wants to go back to Forks. It's not fair; I don't want to go back, because I love Renfrew! Fair enough I miss Jacob, Gran Esme, Grandpa Carlisle and Grandpa Swan, but I'll really miss Linsey, Simrin and Chris. I'll miss Chris, my boyfriend, the most caring boyfriend ever. I even told him about my family being vampires and he seems cool about it!
Vampire Weekend
"Renesmee, get your ass down here!" My mum yelled.
"Coming, Mum!"
Oh no, what the fuck is this for?
"I heard that!" Dad yelled.
Shit! I forgot he could read my mind!
"And that!" Dad yelled again.
"Give her some privacy, Edward." I heard my mum whisper.
I ran downstairs and yelled,
"Yes, Mum?"
"Your dad and I have some news…"
"What is it? Tell me!" I frowned.
"We're going back to Forks." Dad said.
"What? No! I don't want to go back! Why do we have to go back?" I demanded.
"Will I tell her, Bella?"
"Yes, please Edward, I can't bear to say it." Mum said. I started getting worried; my mum can't even tell me the reason we're going back.
"Your Grandpa Swan died last night." My dad said, then rushed over and hugged me.
Oh my god! Grandpa Swan is DEAD. Who, what, when where, why?
I shrugged out of my dad's hug and ran upstairs to the attic where my bedroom still was. I picked up the phone with my hands shaking and called Linsey, Simrin and Chris.
I couldn't speak to Linsey or Simrin, so I only had Chris. I phoned him and he said he was just coming round, so I just waited for the doorbell to fill the silence our house contained.
Then the doorbell rang.
