Lady
Never old and never
young is the lady
with her son
because beneath the worn out skin
and eye lashes long
and lace worn thin
is a woman who has faced the scorn
of mankind bred
and diseases born
before the God
She will stand up tall
the lady who never topples
But gracefully falls.
A/N: This Poem is the Property of Alicia Marquet, a writer that lives in South Caroline under a different name with initials, L.K.J. IT IS NOT MINE! I just thought it was really good at describing Draco's mother. The poem is talking about how powerful a woman can be even before death and how her strength is unlimited in the love for her son. The never old, never young part is talking about how old she was when she gave birth but how much energy and commitment she made to her son even though in old age.
