Work never ends! And apparently neither do family matters. When Derek's teen sister, Nicolette comes to the hospital, things get a little more complicated.

This chapter is told by my own character, 15 year old Nicolette Shepherd. Nicolette (known as Nikki) is Derek's sister.

They just rushed me into Seattle Grace hospital, where my brother works. Ugh, great. I think. I'd never really liked him. Mother and Father seemed to favor him over me. Now I'm in his workplace, how fun. I'm going to Hell now. I just heard dear Addison's voice.

"Is that your sister, Derek?" "Yes..." he answers. I'm in a room.

"So, brother...what about that blonde lady?" I ask. "Meredith Grey." "You like her?" "Well, it's a little more than that. You're fifteen, you wouldn't understand." I raise myself up. "I wouldn't? That's where you're wrong, Doctor." I say. "Nikki-" "Just leave me alone."
